MEET ARI HALE

MOTHER. MARKETING GENIUS. MOGUL-IN-THE-MAKING.

Arielle “Ari” Hale is a dynamic and innovative business coach, marketing specialist, and project management connoisseur. She has spent the past decade of her professional career improving the positioning, revenue, and efficiency of small businesses turning them into 6 figure income opportunities.

Ari began her career supporting corporate executives in identifying and resolving barriers and concerns in revenue, automation, and appealing to target audiences. As her talent, comfortability, and experience with diverse industries and systems increased, others soon recognized Ari’s natural talent developing, implementing, and evaluating the impact of process improvement projects quickly making her a key stakeholder for executive leaders seeking a consultant in enhancing their business profits and strategy.

As the CEO of Hale Yeah! Marketing, Ari has worked with small, medium, and large businesses and influencers including Jasmine Star, Rick Mulready, and the Female Entrepreneur Association. She has managed marketing campaigns that have grossed over $30 million in 5 years, served as a lead consultant that actualized a concept valued at $1M today, and developed the strategy to support several minority-owned businesses cross 7-figures annually.

As a competitive executive raised during the height of the late Kobe Bryant’s career, Ari lives both her professional and personal life setting, reaching, and exceeding goals by beginning each day writing down 3 things she’s thankful for and building out a thorough to-do list. She lives her life with a simple mantra: “Do or do not. There is no try.”

Ari’s business models support millennial mothers in successful and profitable entrepreneurship. As a mother, niece, daughter, and sister, showing up for family is just as valuable to Ari as building a multi-million dollar company.

When she isn’t supporting clients and corporations in outperforming competitors, Ari is volunteering with the nonprofit she co-founded (The Parkhill Capital Foundation) to support minority children in receiving the tools, resources, training, and access needed to succeed. Ari is also an avid traveler once living in Southeast Asia with her toddler son alone, enjoys trying new restaurants, and loves watching professional basketball.

Ari is passionate about Black and Brown business owners, a champion for authenticity, and can be found online on a variety of social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

$30M+ GROSSED FOR CLIENTS

Back in my launch & project management days, I created and managed course & coaching launch campaigns that grossed over $30M over 5 years, across all clients I worked with. I’ve helped 3 businesses cross the million dollar mark (one from zero to a million in a year).

2 SIX-FIGURE BUSINESSES

It took me 2 years to hit six-figures in my first business (and I hit it year after year). After closing my launch management business, this second business hit 6-figures within 8 months of me starting it. The difference? I built my business around MY lifestyle and energy, on my terms.

1000 6-FIGURE EARNERS/YEAR

My yearly personal mission is to help 1000 Black and Brown owned service-businesses break past 6-figures. That’s 10,000 business owners, families, and communities positively impacted over 10 years. This is my passion and fuel.

“To whom much is given, much is tested.” – Kanye West

I run my life and business in alignment with these values:

  • Family first.
  • Never compromise your reputation or integrity for money, approval, or opportunities.
  •  Speak up against bullshit and wrongdoings.
  • Most problems can be resolved with a 1:1 conversation.
  • Mistakes are lessons and a spotlight on where we need to improve.
  • Under-promise, over-deliver on value, timelines, and respect.
  • We don’t create or co-sign shitty products, people, or companies.
  • Kobe effort and #MambaMentality, always.
  • “Do or do not. There is no try.” – Master Yoda
  •  Average is unacceptable.
  • We prioritize our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being > business. Self-care isn’t optional.
